B&B In Hunter Valley

Looking to do a early hot air balloon ride with Balloons Alfot and then have lunch/tour of wineries (any suggestions?) Also looking for a nice B&B for one night, either before the tours or maybe after (haven't decided which is best.) Will be flying out of Sydney the day after Hunter Valley. I have looked at a couple of places on the web but nothing has stood out yet. Looking for a nice room with it's own bath, would like something secluded for a romatic evening. Help!

Not exactly a B & B but Peppers Convent at Peppertree Winery is really, really lovely. You can check it out at www.peppers.com.au

I have seen Pepper's on other sites but didn't research further. I just took a look at the website and the resort looks very nice. I think we may go with them, thanks for the suggestion. I think we may try a carriage ride for the afternoon also. Thanks!

On the same property with the Convent, there is (or at least there was a few years ago...I hope it;s still there) a wonderful restaurant called Robert's. Also Peppertree has one of the prettiest tasting rooms in the Hunter. The Convent is very cozy and the perfect place to stay in Hunter Valley.
