Any British travellers out there, or is it just little old me!?

Hey, I've gathered loads of great information from this site, but it seems mainly from you Australians. Am I the only British girl to roam this site?!

Hi!

No - I am a Brit.
This site is very helpful - but I don't think many people in the UK know about it.

Feel free to mail me if you have any questions, I travelled round Oz a bit earlier this year!

Hi Karen

Where are you? I'm over in rainy old Suffolk.

How long were you in Oz for, where did you manage to go?

Thanks

Sonia :0)

Hi!

I am in Essex and yes it is raining here too!

Our itenary when we went to Oz was:

London-Bangkok-Sydney-Hamilton Island-Cairns-Ayers Rock-Perth-Singapore-London

..and yes, we did all of that in just 3.5 weeks!

Are you planning on going?

Hi Karen

Not far away at all then!

Yeah, I'm planning a trip next Christmas and New Year, hoping to get a month off work. Am planning Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, over to Ayres Rock, up to Cairns/PD then back down to Sydney again do Whitsundays, Gold/Sunshine Coast Brisbane and maybe Coffs Harbour and Byron Bay. Still planning it all, and enjoying it very much.

Which part of your trip did you enjoy the most? Who did you fly with? Did you like Bangkok? Did you think you had enough time?

Still raining I know but have a good day, it's Friday, hurrah!

Hi!

Sorry - haven't chcked the site for a few days. We are actually heading out to Oz again on Thursday.

I liked many places on our trip - but Sydney was amazing. If I had to live anywhere else in the world it would be here!

Ayers Rock was also very spectacular!

Bangkok - was so different to anywhere I have been before, dirty, smelly, very busy (yes more so than London), but so exciting.

We flew with BA/Qantus - because they offered the cheapest fare at the time. This time we are flying Qantus only - which is good as I preferred them to BA!!!

We are going to Gold Coast and Perth this time and I getting very excited - not long to go!!!
