Appalling yet still the Indian establishment does little or nothing! Perhaps misogyny is so deeply ingrained in Indian society that it is impossible. I recall watching the BBC documentary on the girl that was raped on the bus in 2012. The most disturbing 60 minutes of TV I have ever watched. Most revolting of were the comments of the men in the judiciary and police that she deserved it for being out without a male family member.
