I made two nice inquiries about hotels and they were removed. How rude and obnoxious this is. Is this a common happening?

Mango, to find your previous postings easily, simply click on your screen name and the system will bring up anything you've posted. (This works with any screen name - so if you happen to be interested in everything a particular poster has posted, it's easy to find.)
Sorry - never been to Tokyo so can't comment on your questions!

Mango, another thing to warn you about is that sometimes the servers at Fodors are slow, so you might make a post and it might not come up immediately. If you wait a little while and come back you'll find it.

and i might add that the search engines do not always work...
