Well,I've done my homework and gotten a great fare(I think!)
I just booked a ticket for JFK-SGN-Phuket-HKG-JFK on Cathay Pacific

for $1094 including all of the taxes and miscellaney!In April I'll be off for my next adventure.I'll be reading lots of your posts on Vietnam,Cambodia,Thailand and Hong Kong.Thanks in advance!

That IS a great rate for that routing. Plus, Cathay is good carrier! Congrats!

Yeap - an excellent fare indeed! I even asked a friend of mine who is a travel agent and he's surprised you got such a fare!
