Vietnam Trips with VietnamStay

We are thinking about booking several small trips--to Sapa, Halong Bay, Mekong Delta--with VietnamStay. Has anyone had experience with this agency?

I used VietnamStay 12 months ago, and have nothing but praise for this agency. I used it for acommodation throughout Vietnam, booking through them as I went. I never had a complaint, and everything worked very well.

Click on my name and you will see posts telling how Vietnam stay helped us when our vacation resort was destroyed by a typhoon right before we came for New Year's Eve.

I used them in January 2007 for trips throughout Vietnam, and also didn't have any complaints...In fact, at every hotel we booked, we had been upgraded to a better room, and in some cases our rooms were amazing...Everything worked out well...better than we expeected.

Used them to book our hotels in Hanoi, Hoi An, and arrange a re-entry Visa in May 2006. Great service / response and reasonable prices. Would recommend.
