Uzbekistan New Online Visa App
Hi folks,
Uzbekistan has just started a new online visa application for visitors including from the USA (July, 2018). https://e-visa.gov.uz/main
It's easy and only $20 vs. $160 if you mail it to their consulate. It's all online and you don't mail anything to them.
Only issues is that I had to cut down the passport photo I got from a print shop to the 35mm X 45mm international standard before scanning it to be place into the online application.
A few tiny bugs but pretty easy. Payment was a bit unclear. You submit the application, you get an email from them, you follow the link and click payment, then pay, then another email confirming you are done.
