My wife and I are doing a big trip next year--April 2019. We are visiting Egypt, Jordan, Ubud, Lombok & Hong Kong.
We are all set for Egypt & Jordan but would like some information about Ubud and Lombok.
We will be staying at Alam Shanti in Ubud and Qunci Villas in Lombok.
I would appreciate any information regarding private tour guides for both places.

In Lombok it is our experience that leaving the hotel for "sightseeing" is really a waste of time---nothing worth seeing really.

if you look at my trip reports on Bali you will see that there is lots to see there and I suggest hiring our friend Putu to take you around-- his contact info is in my reports.

We will spend part of the winter of 2019 in Egypt, so watch for a trip report.

One thing to be aware of in Ubud is traffic during core hours. It's a v.popular place, and the centre quickly turns into a traffic jam.
