Did you say "a little fast?"
Unless your goal is to check off a list of places that you have been to, your itinerary has about 2x or 3x as many places as I would consider reasonable. By the time you get home, you will have some vague recollecdtions about wonderful things you saw/did, but you'll have no clue whatsoever about which city matches up with those memories. And you will be spending far more time in planes/trains/buses than you will be spending time enjoying China.
You have nights in 9 different cities. If it were me, I would choose 3 of those cities -- 4 at most --and stay 3-4 nights in each.
Less is more.

Cut out Louyang and Zhengzhou.
Cut out Chengdu unless you cannot get good flight connection into/out of Lhasa.
That's at the very least. Use those three nights to add one to Yangshou or Guilin, one for Beijing and one for Xian.

I would also take time from Shanghai - the only must-see sights there are the museum and the bund. I'd probably also skip the night in Guilin and add it to Yangshuo. I'd also add at least one night in Chengdu, if you're going to be there anyway you should visit the panda reserve. Chengdu itself can be interesting with several temples and a park worth visiting, not to mention the big Buddha at Leshan and an atmospheric mountain at Qingchen Shan.
