We arranged everything on our own but used Tonkin to procure our train tickets to Sapa. They were very reliable, delivering our tickets to our hotel upon our arrival as they had promised.

Glad they worked out for you. I too thought them very good and it's nice to hear they are still a good outfit and hopefully independant travellers and those who want everything booked can look at the recos here and use them. Maybe Susan just got them on a bad day?
