Time & Cost Phuket to Phi Phi

Does anyone know the approximate cost to get from Phuket airport to the dock for the Phi Phi ferry? Also, about how long it takes? We'll be hiring a taxi at the airport. Apparently, the last ferry to Phi Phi is at 1:30 so we're trying to arrange flights into Phuket to make it on time. Thanks for any help.

I assume that you mean 1:30 in the afternoon. If you are going to hire a taxi, it will cost you some hundred bahts (maybe 300-500), and prepare for at least an hour to reach there, because you have to wait for your lugguage, and the road in Phuket is up and down with curves, so it is longer than it should be. In my opinion, you may need a flight around 10 or 11 for the latest.

hi,
I just got back from Phi Phi island and when we got to Phuket airport there was a lot of people there to help us.
Our plane got there 9:30am so too late for us to get on the first ferry at 9am so we took a taxi for 100 baht and we went downtown at Mc Donalds!!! From the airport to downtown it's about 25 min.
Then we took a tuc tuc for 75 baht to the place for the ferry, it took us 10 min to get there. If you don't want to spend a night in Phuket, try to arrange your flight so you get there earlier.
If you are going to Phi Phi, have a nice trip, you'll love it and if you need more info, write me back.
Have a nice trip

Hi Sarah,
I'm staying in VCI Resort at Chalong. I hope to do some islands hopping, snorkerling, city tours, night life, Thai body massage etc. Pls help me to plan a wonderful stay in Phuket. By the way, did anyone experience before the sea-walker in phuket? How much is the cost?
