Tailor in Shanghai or Hanoi

Can you recommend a tailor for a men's suit/sport jacket in either Shanghai or Hanoi? Thanks.

Out of curiousity, since I'm going to be in Shanghai almost a week in late October -- does anyone know how much a suit costs from a Shanghai tailor?

It would depend. There is a fabric Market with Tailors and there are individuals. I had a dress and cape/Jacket made and I paid top dollor (300 euro but it is amazing) I still think you get what you pay for. Shanghainese may have some ideas for Tailors and many hotels have tailors in the Hotel shop or can reccommend one.

Take subway Line 2 to the Science and Technology Centre station in Puxi, as you get off the train, there is a large market. The 2 dozen tailors are all in the same section.

My tailor Mr Sun Jin is at 315 Tai Yuan Road in the french concession if you can find him, he doesn't speak english.

Thanks for the clear directions, Shanghainese. Sounds convenient enough to get to the tailor(s) in Pudong. Any idea what a men's suit might cost?
