I was looking through the boards for a tailor for my trip to Bangkok, but it looks like most of the recomendations are for men's clothes. are there any that offer women's clothing? I am also interested in having a duvet cover made up - is that something that they could make for me with fabric I bring in?

I highly recommend Cotton House as a tailor. I have been using them for years and am very happy with their work. The are located in Oriental Place (very near the Oriental Hotel). I don't know if they do duvet covers or not but I suspect they would.

Cotton House is the most often recommended place for custom-made women's clothing. Someone posted a place they used for making a duvet cover in Bangkok. If you do a serach, you should be able to find it.

I've used Cotton House for years. As for duvet covers, I don't know if they do them,too. Where do you live? I only use duvets and have all of mine done in downtown L.A. at my garment district tailor for $12.00. I couldn't imagine slepping that amount of fabric to BK just to have a duvet done. Happy Travels!
