Knockoffs are copies - watches, bags, purses, clothes.

I know what"Knock offs" means, but I'm asking what SPECIFICALLY the poster is asking for a knock off of. I'm a shopper and need more information. Happy Travels!

If you had come in the 1980s and early 1990s, there would of been plenty of watch knockoffs (fake rolexes). And just a few years ago, copies of software were sold openly. However, the government has strict laws regarding intellectual property so it is now difficult to buy knockoffs of anything.

Kuranosuke...Yes, I'm OK...It's just work stress. You know, a job where one has to explain things A LOT! Plus, Alice ticked me off with her comment under..."India...just rent the video." So, I had another flashback moment and needed to speak my mind regarding her political comment. And I thought I'd be so calm on fodors.com. But, I'm not one to bite my tongue. Does the Long Bar deliver Singapore Slings by Fed Ex...or maybe cuttlefish and red sauce washed down with a Singapore Sling will transform me back to laidback. Take care. Happy Travels!

it is very hard to find knock offs in Singapore. The authorities have been enforcing anti-piracy laws in order to attract foreign investment and appease Microsoft.
It is easier to find these at Patpong Bangkok, Monkok Hong Kong or Any Street Shenzhen China.

sorry Guenmai. I should have read your post slower . I am always rushing and did not pay attention to poster's name . I am pretty sure that you know what knockoffs mean!
But in any case, maybe newcomers t othis forum will get enlightened. So I hope I helped someone.
