If you are speaking about custom shoes i must admit I never heard of any other than the outlets of factories of mass produced sghoes. I have had custom clothing made there, eyeglasses and my wife has had saphires set back when gold was well uner $1000 an oz.

First place I'd look is Platinum II, which is next door to Platinum Fashion Mall. The 4th floor is all about SHOES. From there, you might get ideas on where else to look.
