A quick visit to the Western Monastery above Tsuen Wan, next to the Yuen Yuen Institute. Established in 1970, totally rebuilt in a pretty grand scale in the late 90's to early 00's. My first visit there.

I have posted these before on my Facebook; but here are the reprocessed, higher quality, pictures of my ride of the HK Tramway from one end to another, including the Happy Valley loop. Whole trip takes under 2 hours, including a bathroom break in Happy Valley. Picture before, or right at, each eastbound stop.

Added another album. Took lots of pictures during a 2:30 walk from my hotel in Ting Kau to Tsuen Wan. Totally off the beaten path for tourists, but plenty of interesting things to see. Lots of useless information in the titles:

Final album from my trip to HK. This time I walked west from the Royal View in Ting Kau. Lots of bridges, beaches, ferries, etc. Like the last one, totally off the beaten path.
