I enjoyed Supatra River House in Bangkok, on the "other" side of the river, south of Siriraj between Wang Lang & Wat Rakhang piers. On a pedestrian street, the patio has a fine view across the river to the Royal Palace & vicinity. https://www.supatrariverhouse.net/

I'd try any busy restaurant, where there is unlikely to be any problem with the turnover of good fresh food. But I'd always check out the Rest Room first, as it's often a good indication of what the hygiene in the kitchen might be like.

Foodland Supermarket - Took Lae Dee Restaurant. Good food cheap! In Bangkok and other big cities in Thailand. Lunch counter type food. Open 24 hours.

Because you are inside, not exactly street food but maybe some dishes may be the same - Terminal 21 Food Court, Bangkok. (Asoke area right at a Skytrain stop.) Doesn't cost anything to look. Seats and tables to relax at. Mall has toilets to clean your hands off too. Running water for the cooks to wash with. I think it is worth a look.

(Unless you are only looking for expensive- fancy places to eat at.)
Up to you.
