Is at a place called Suan Lum - full name is actually Suan Lum Night Bazaar - nearest BTS is Ploenchit, from there 5 min taxi ride or 20 min walk.

APARTMENT

I realy do remember seeing the grand President for 26.000 but I may be wrong

but really quickly checking I saw a site that offered it at (start) 31.000 for studio 155,000 penthouse and the solitaire started at 65.K baht.. but I do remember this site quoting higher prices then others..
http://www.click4apartment.com/Bangk...-apartment.asp

movestay is the same as Sabai.com and others. I am no fan of them at least on the reaserch basis since they just show a tiny amount of properties and they are all up scale.. if your looking for nicer places as I said they don't show you everything on the site. These sites are always the fist too pop up on search engines.
I like checking out www.thaiapartment.com
they have a large selections of properties and you can check buy price and location.

NOTE this is why I try too advice people too stay in a serviced apartment in thailand if they are here for more then 2 weeks. a midle too upper class charge $50 per night but offer a month minus electric and water for $500-$700 a month. elec and water should not cost more then $40 dollers a month unless you have aircon/tv and everything else cranking day and night.

Suan Lum night bazaar now has a subway station, I believe. We didn't try the subway when we were there in June/July but it was opening during the last few days of our visit. Check the subway routes. Otherwise, take a taxi. I wouldn't try to walk there in the heat of BKK.
