Question about visa entering Japan
I am new to this forum and having some difficulty understanding how to post
I am thinking about taking a cruise from Tokyo. I usually sail Norwegian
I am American and have a valid passport.
I would fly to Tokyo for a a few days before sailing.
Do I need a visa to enter Tokyo as a tourist before sailing.

US passport you don’t need a visa in advance. You will get the 90-day Temporary Visitor stamp in your passport
