Question about the form to obtain the tourist visa to go to INDIA
In the information to get the visa they ask me "Last Indian Visa No/Currently valid India Visa No."
My last visa is from 2022, but I didn't come to India in the end. The previous one is from 2019, in which I did come to India. I guess I should put the visa number of 2022 even though last year I didn't come to India. It's right?

Sorry,
I have another question. Some information is a bit confusing for me.
In the form it asks me to indicate "place os issue" of my last e-visa (I filled out the form from where I lived, in Barcelona).
I found two answers on the Internet but I don't know if they are reliable.
1:
Only applicants from countries exempted under bilateral arrangements may not need a visa to travel to India. All applicants are requested not to deal with other websites that do not belong to the Government of India. Embassy of India does not have any role in issue of e-Visa as it is issued directly from New Delhi.
Se should I write New Delhi? (I have a Spanish citizen's-European Union passport)
2:
For an eVisa, the Find the “Place of issue-Indian visa” should be specified as the name of the Indian airport where the visa was
granted. The official eVisa website of the Indian government automatically populates the port of arrival in India and the expected
port of exit.
I will enter India through the Chennai airport. Should I write Chennai?

You may kindly check your queries on the official Govt. of India website, which is - https://indianvisaonline.gov.in
The info provided in the Official site is quite extensive.
There are several other commercial websites but the info may not be authentic or at best outdated. So stick to the Govt. of India website. Where still in doubt you can contact your nearest Indian consulate / embassy.
