Problems booking Nok Air?
I tried to book a flight on Nok Air and I made it all the way through the booking and then got this message:
"Sorry, we are unable to process International Credit Card used for making the reservation at the moment. Sorry for this inconvenience caused.
If you wish to continue, please kindly contact us at [email protected] or call us at 662 900 9955. We will assist you on offline payment.
Thank you."
Has anyone else from the USA had success booking online air for Nok Air?

I've heard this before. I think the solution was to pay at a convenience store in Thailand. I don't think international credit cars are accepted online for NokAir at all, not just at the moment, though why I don't know. Why don't you call or send an e-mail and see what they tell you to do about paying.

Or book with someone else. The problem seems to be specific to Nok Air. Booking on 1-2-Go (http://www.fly12go.com) is no problem.

I recently had this when I was booking flights to Phuket from Bangkok.
They sent me an e mail saying it was for security reasons and I could correspond with them via fax.
I sent them my details via fax and I got confirmation back of my flights.
95 Eur for 2 one way Nok Plus with 30kg luggage allowance ( flying 2nd Jan 07) so all in all a good deal.

I did send them an email immediately and didn't expect such a quick response so I posted the issue here.
They said the issue was due to credit card fraud and to fax the info and they would take care of it.
I have had issues with Air Asia recently and they take a good week or longer to reply! Nok was very quick to reply so kudos to them!
