PLEASE HELP WITH VISA-INDIA

I have spent all morning trying to fill out this application online. I filled the first page and it will not continue to the next page. I can not figure it out and it is extremely frustrating. Also tried to save with the temporary ID number which would not work either. Any suggestions? I have a Mac and I am using Google Chrome.

If you're having technical problems with the form, it may be your browser. Try Internet Explorer. Have you tried contacting Travisa directly? The reason why you can't proceed to the second page of an online form is most often because you haven't filled out all the required fields. Beyond that, I can't really offer you any technical support. Which city's application are you using?

I tried to call the location office in San Francisco and there was no answer. It just rang and rang. All the fields were filled out so I do not know what the problem is.

I use Safari on my mac, but have Firefox Browser installed for any technical web issues. It's definitely the most reliable and usually solves any browser issues.

I find Chrome problematic in general. I filled mine out on a Mac using Safari.

Thank you-Firefox finally worked. It would be nice if the website said that.

They never do! I've been using macs for 20+ years, its actually getting better now they're becoming more mainstream, but there was a time when nothing interactive worked on safari and nobody saw any reason to tell you or even to care! Many a time when calling the helpline I've been told - can't you use a pc?! Glad you got it sorted.
