I my limited (one time) experience getting a visa on arrival in Siem Reap was NO PROBLEM at all. Too efficient in fact. We still had to wait for our luggage.
We had four full days in SR and could have stayed a week, but then we are temple-holics. Haven't been to PP yet. Maybe once I visit I'll learn how to spell it. Seems to have H's in unexpected places.
