Bob-
Great photos, thanks! I find it especially funny that my hubbie (David) is listed as "Mr. Kristina" I don't think he'd mind.
BTW, the "Green Hotel" is also known as Castle Green and it's now apartments (possibly condos?), with an impossible wait list to get in. Fantastic building. I got a chance to go inside many years ago when we looked at it as a possible wedding location.
I think filmwill's partner is named David too?

Bob, wish we could make it! David and I will only be in Boston briefly the 2nd week of June for a wedding.
Since we're leaving for SEA in early November, I think at that point in October we'll be trying to save as many pennies as possible for a big splurge in BKK.
My obsession continues to deepen as I've already started a countdown clock on my computer...175 days to go! Oy, that's a long time!

Bob just forked over the bags from the GTG. Thanks so much Guenmai. You're super. It made Beth and I even sadder that we could not attend. The upcoming family trip to Tahoe had better be worth it. Highly unlikely

I had to raise this post to say I just had another fantastic meal at Saladang Song where we had our Pasadena GTG.
I went with my husband David (who many of you met at the GTG) and my mom (KrisMom here in fodorland). We had crispy coconut shrimp, a very spicy Beef Salad, an amazing dish of stir fried wide noodles with Duck and a wonderful green curry with chicken and eggplant. Everything was outstanding.
I hadn't been back since the GTG and the food was even better than I'd remembered.
Wish I could be there with you all in Boston!
