I hope things are going well in Chiang Mai. I always enjoy my visits there, and hope you do as well.

I'm curious about your gala that was on Friday evening in BKK. How did it go? Did you manage to arrange your photog/video people? Brad met someone just yesterday afternoon who is a professional photog, who said he would have loved to do your shoot. I hope you didn't have to pay too much.... but also hope that you were happy with the results.

Maeng says she hopes you stop by the PL when you come back into BKK. She wants to take you to try that "real" Thai place you two discussed. I don't recall the name, but maybe you will remember the discussion at the PL. Anyway, Maeng is hoping you will come back and visit her.

Did you manage to find a dinner partner for Bo.lan?

I'm leaving BKK in the morning, but will most certainly enjoy Loy Kratong in BKK. Brad says LK in Chiang Mai is fantastic, with the River Ping running thru the middle of the city, filled w/floating candles!!! ENJOY!!

Thanks Carol. The Photographer was taken care of, the galoa dinner was nice with a most fabulous fashion show.

I will most certainly see Maeng when I return.

Have had no time to write anything, the days are filled with bus trips. It was very special to experience Loy Kretong with all t6he airborne lanterns as well as the Kretongs floating down the river.

Leave for Myanmar i 1 hour.

I'm glad things went well at your gala. I'm also glad you enjoyed Loy Kratong in Chiang Mai. We most certainly enjoyed it from hanuman's riverside condo in Bangkok! The kratongs, the lanterns, and the fireworks that lit up the sky... WOW!
