NOK Air refund or credit?

I can no longer join my husband for our BKK/CM trip so he'll just be going for biz only now to BKK. I tried to cancel our Nok Air tkts online to no avail. Has anyone been able to get a credit or refund on these tkts? I booked the Nok Air Plus from BKK-CM RT and now he'll be arriving late into BKK the night before our 1pm flt to CM-do you think he will be able to cancel/credit these the morning of the flt? Hopefully, we can use the credit another time. Thanks

If you go to the Nok Air site and click on "Terms and Condidtions" at the bottom of the page, you can get the full details on what they allow.

In a nutshell, you can change your flight date for a service fee, plus and difference in the fare, but you can't change the routing. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before the flight time, and there's no refund or credit.

I guess we'll lose the fare then since we have no idea when we can make the trip.

Much as I like Nok Air, using any of the Thai low cost airlines is a bit of a gamble, since they rely on call centers as their main means of communicating with customers. The call centers are toll-free in Thailand, but impossible to deal with outside of the country.

NOK Air is actually more lenient than the other budget airlines, as they will allow changes to your flight dates with a fee. The other budget airlines like Asia Air allow no changes and if you miss your flight, even if it isn't your fault, you are out of luck and you must buy a new ticket at a much higher price.

You can change Air Asia flights for a fee as well. Often it's less money to just buy a new ticket though.

From what I have gathered, we will not have a fee since I purchased Nok Plus, however, we only have 3mos to use them but can change dates again with no fee. In any case, I will have to call them to make the change. Thanks all.
