Need help finding a special place to stay in KL
I will be in Malaysia at the end of November with my husband attending a conference and his birthday falls during that time. Since we have a night in KL before returning home to Cambodia, I'd appreciate suggestions about a special place we might stay (somewhere romantic, possibly...comfortable and somewhat special -- less than $150 for the night).
Also would appreciate hearing about good restaurants and golf courses in the area as I'd like to give him a day of pampering.
Any and all suggestions are welcomed!
Thanks.

I really like the Mandarin Oriental. Great location in KLCC with views of the Petronas Towers. You could probable get a room within your budget but do consider the excec floor with free drinks, canapes, breakfast etc. The main restaurant in the hotel is great (particularly the buffet). There is a Japanese restarant and Sushi Bar in teh hotel which is also very good.
There are some great open air restarants along Jalan Alor which is next to Bukit Bintang. The fish at these restaurants is amazing.

I'd suggest the Club at the Saujana. This is a sort of enclave within the larger Saujana Resort. Both have beautiful grounds and excellent facilities (including golf). Also Carcosa Seri Negari though that may be a little pricier.

Thanks for the responses so far. We don't really care for huge, fancy hotels and would prefer something quaint, romantic and peaceful if such a thing exists in KL...
In the meantime, I will check out your recommendations and appreciate your taking the time to respond.
