Melatonin PLUS "No-Jet-Lag"?

Hi,

I'm wondering whether anyone has taken BOTH Melatonin and "No-Jet-Lag", and whether you consider that to be even better than either product alone - and the method you used.

I am a Melatonin responder, and have found it to help me adjust faster, but if "No-Jet-Lag" helps decrease the "fog" of the first day, that would be even better. The way I've been using Melatonin is to take it about a half hour before getting on an East-bound plane for a long flight (only do the long flights at night, so it's helping along my natural sleep rhythm so I hopefully stay asleep on the plane). Then I take it for the first 2 or 3 nights at my destination.

Do I need to worry about interactions? Can I take both during the flight? I think I'm headed to England from MN on business in about 3.5 weeks and am wondering if this will help me recover even faster.

Thanks for your help and response!

Ugh, I meant to post this in the Europe section - I don't even know how I got to the Asia section. Sorry.

Will re-post in Europe...
