Melatonin PLUS "No-Jet-Lag"?

Hi,

I'm wondering whether anyone has taken BOTH Melatonin and "No-Jet-Lag", and whether you consider that to be even better than either product alone - and the method you used.

I am a Melatonin responder, and have found it to help me adjust faster, but if "No-Jet-Lag" helps decrease the "fog" of the first day, that would be even better. The way I've been using Melatonin is to take it about a half hour before getting on an East-bound plane for a long flight (only do the long flights at night, so it's helping along my natural sleep rhythm so I hopefully stay asleep on the plane). Then I take it for the first 2 or 3 nights at my destination.

Do I need to worry about interactions? Can I take both during the flight? I think I'm headed to England from MN on business in about 3.5 weeks and am wondering if this will help me recover even faster. :)

Thanks for your help and response!

Ugh, I meant to post this in the Europe section - I don't even know how I got to the Asia section. Sorry. :(

Will re-post in Europe...
