Laundry in Siem Reap
We're staying at the Steung, and will have need to do laundry. Will it be easy for me to find a drop-off service very close by?

Thanks, Kathie, I'm guessing it's cheaper to do it in SR than in bangkok....

Also, about what should I pay for a ride from the airport to the steung?

The place we had our laundry done was right around the corner from the Steung (in the alley). We paid about $5.00 and they did a very nice job (and packed my watch, which I had left in a pocket, on top of the clean clothes)

I usually pay $5 by tuk tuk into town but expect to pay a dollar or two more if you take a taxi. Laundry is pretty cheap about $2 a kilo.
