kyoto hotel - dilema

I have two hotels booked in Kyoto and I need need to cancel one and am seriously stumped. Neither is a fancy hotel but i really want to make the best of this choice and need your help.

Urban Hotel Kyoto
a nice hotel. not sure about the location? staff supposedly speak English? includes breakfast

Hana-Touro Stay Kyoto Residence
nice hotel. not on TripAdvisor. no breakfast. self catering. location looks a little better?

if it was for one or two nights it wouldn't matter much but this is a 6 nights stay so am a little hesitant.

please help?

p.s sorry for the lack of links couldn't get booking.com to cooperate.

I like the location of the Hana-Touro Stay Kyoto Residence better -- I like the Kawaramachi area. YMMV. I can't comment on any other differences between these accommodations.

I'm probably too late but I agree 100% with Kja and Icuy -- the Hana Touro has a great location. The other one seems quite a bit out of the way.
