KYOTO BASNAVI SIGHTSEEING BUS

I wanted to download the schedule and map for the Basnavi Sightseeing Bus in Kyoto but I am having trouble with it. I am on a company server does this make a difference.
Has anyone ever tried this - how?
Maybe I should wait to get there and get one from the tourist centre??

Just wait and get one at the tourist information center. I can't find what you are referring to either. The info center will have it if it exists.

Try this link, it is long so hope it all works:

http://translate.google.com/translat...Find%5Fh%2Ehtm

When you get to that page press "English", then press "public transport in Kyoto" link. At the bottom of that page is a pdf of the map you are looking for.

Aloha!

I could never get it to print out either, even with A3 paper; plus you really need it in colour due to the intersecting bus lines etc. It's better to just wait until you get to Kyoto (the bus office is right by the JR Kyoto train station). The best deal I saw were 500Yen daily passes. we got the 2 day all inclusive pass for 2000Yen and although it was convenient to not have to buy metro tickets it was not worth the money.
