Japanese translation forum / website?

I just came back from Tokyo and got so excited to find a greentea chiffon cake mix at the Muji that I completely forgot I wouldn't be able to read the instructions!

Does anyone know of a forum where people translate for each other? Please let me know!! I've used one but it seems like the majority of the folks there only translate European langages...

I wouldn't be able to use something like the Babel Fish either, as I won't be able to type in the Japanese characters...

(Well I've broken down the instructions into a few sections and if anyone cares to take a look I would be much obliged to get translation for a section or two. -- But please forget my request if it is considered inappropriate here.)

Thanks for the info and/or help,

Kat :9

KatKat, I took a quick look at your Yahoo photo site. Amazing, the things these internet sites can do! Anyway, like Florence, I don't have enough time to translate those instructions now. If the sites which Florence gave can not help you, you can come back here later. I could try the translation then even though on the instructions, there are more than a few things which are not very clear to me, a Japanese. Maybe those are some cooking terms non cooking amateurs shouldn't know. I love those sweets with maccha (green tean) flavor, too, cakes and ice cream. I should get some next time when I will be back in Tokyo. Good luck!

20 cc of 4 ts of veg oil
Bowl that came with mix

Pre-Heat oven to 335
Mix ingredents except egg whites (but use yolks)
Whip egg whites in seperate bowl until stiff merangue
Add merangue to mix a third at a time
Dont stir to vigorously
Add to cake pan and pound 2 or 3 times on your kitchen counter to bring bubbles to the surface.

Bake for 25 minutes and test with wooden skewer. cake shouldn't stick.
