Could be better if i stay longer in Phuket, like 4-5 days?

Bob (rhkkmk) is suggesting you choose one beach location in Thailand. The diving you want to do will be a (long) boat ride from any of these beaches. You might as well settle in and enjoy the beach you choose rather than packing up and moving to a different place every few days. Use one place as your base and explore other paces from there.
