Does anyone have experience with Om Tours/TouristdriversIndia out of Dehli?

They are apparently centred in Dehli. They offer car and driver tours throughout Rajasthan that are pretty close to what we are interested in. The price quoted (with and without pre-booking hotels) seems to be in line with the other tour companies we've seen.

I have not been able to locate any verifiable reviews. On TripAdvisor, the rating is 5/5. This may be true, but would like to know if anyone has used either of these companies, or knows if there is a India Government Tourist rating site that is independent.

As many people have already said Arvind from Castle and King is great. Four of us have just completed our booking with him. As I have realized after all of our research unless you are going far off the regular sites, most of the tour destinations are the same. The difference will be in the care and communication you have once you have completed the planning and the trip begins. I have always been happy with the recommendations from people on the Fodor's board so read the trip reports and take their advice.

Hi tfmacd...dont know about the company you mentioned but if its your first time there then you should look at vasco travel. i traveled with a while back. excellent services i must say. you could look at swagatam too..
