Hua hin article

Quite a reasonable article about Hua Hin in the Record ( Canada ), also mentions about Pranburi. Interesting about the Hyatt also, had not heard of those new suites, will take a look next time down.

Have not used this tinyurl thing before so hope it works,

James great article thanks for sharing. I think they are spot on with their observations. We liked HH very much and hope to visit again.

Is there a link for NYT article ? I think NYT is ones you cannot access without sign up (?).

I also thought the one from The Record was also pretty much spot on, the only thing I would say though is the reporter (quite understandably) did not realise the number of visitors from other Asian countries amongst those they saw.

James
when we were in HH last year they were "completing" the Barai suites at the Hyatt. it all looks very nice and would certainly tempt us to go back.

I heard the new Barai Spa had opened at the Hyatt but did not know they had also added suites ! About time too!
Probably the Sofitel opening pool villas and the new Sheraton opening tempted them.
http://www.huahinwhatson.com/hua_hin_hotels.html is quite good hotel hotels in the area, goes into Sawadee but gives ideas.
They mentioned Ketsarin for seafood but also Chao Lay is good.
Pity they did not mention let's Sea or Supatra.
The weather should clear up this week so maybe will drive down again soon.
