My Father, Brother and I are traveling to Japan at the end of January/Early February. Most of the trip is already set up but I'm having trouble finding the best ski resort/ryokan/hotel in the Japan Alps that offers easy access to some intermediate slopes. We are looking at just one night arriving early to ski before check in and skiing early the next morning before heading back to Tokyo for our flight back.

Any tips on good lodging that can accommodate three adults (56, 30, 26) that allows easy in and out access would be greatly appreciated. We will be coming from Kanazawa and as early stated will head back to Tokyo. the following afternoon.
