Hotels

Travelling to Singapore for three days in September then again for four days on the way home from the UK in October- any recommendations for hotels about 3 or 4 star.

I enjoyed staying at the Intercontinental. I got a room on the Club floor, which allowed access to the club lounge for free food/drinks/breakfast, a nice plus.

But.... I think the next time I go to SIN, I want to stay along Orchard Road somewhere.

I like the Holiday Inn Orchard City Centre. It's not technically on Orchard Road but just a block away. The rates for a club room are pretty good using the Family & Friends promo.

There are so many good hotel choices in Singapore! I'd suggest you take a look at one of the hotel booking sites like www.agoda.com and browse through hotels in your price range. Then come back and ask if people have feedback.
