Hong Kong - I wish there was a country tag for HK.

Always wondered why there is one for Macau and not Hong Kong. Why lump HK into China? A Hong Kong country tag would be nice. In about 10 seconds I'll cringe when I tag this post as "China".

Both Hong Kong and Macau belong to or are apart of China but you're right, if Macau has a country tag then so should Hong Kong. Perhaps they can both be classified as "S.A.R."

So true, Hong Kong and Macau have similar status with China, and neither requires a Chinese visa. It would be good to have a tag for Hong Kong as well.

Yes, thanks Amy. I cringe having to refer to Hong Kong as China but it is of course. So glad to just be able to look at my favourite place in its own right.
