Honeymoon
I am looking to organise a beautiful beach honeymoon in August. A stunning room, excellent service and food are required. We dont want "big style" hotels. We have looked at Zanzibar, Bali and Bora Bora. Can anyone recommend any fabulous places here or elsewhere...
Thank you

Your question isn't specific enough for any truly useful info, but here goes:
Not Hawaii: I can tell from your wish list that Hawaii strikes you (correctly!) as a honeymoon cliche.
Zanzibar wouldn't merit an entire honeymoon -- I'm assuming a couple weeks -- but that plus East Africa would be fantastic.
Bali is exquisite. But Bali's beaches aren't quite as first rate as you might desire, imho.
Bora Bora -- haven't been, but you certainly can't go wrong there.
Plenty of possibilites: I honeymooned on Samui, Thailand (a return visit), Sri Lanka, both of which were cheap!, and Maldives, which wasn't. Truly memorable, especially as it's so far away, it gives you a "once-in-a-lifetime" feel while you're there.
The same could be said for Seychelles, I hear, and that could be combined with a trip to South or East Africa as well. There's also Reunion and Mauritius, and Fiji -- a great balance between $$ and beautiful beaches and good service and "once-in-a-lifetime" kind of thing. Costa Rica's nice, and Rio, and Australia's east coast has the most stunning beaches I've personally seen. Malaysia and Thailand are great too, and far cheaper to get to.
So that's way too many suggestions; narrow it down for me and I'll give you more pointed ideas.

The Hotel Bora Bora is my idea of paradise. If you just want beach, go for Bora Bora.
If you want more variety, there are plenty of places in Thailand and Bali that would be great for a honeymoon. Bali's beaches aren't as spectacular as Thai beaches.

I couldn't imagine spending a honeymoon "on a beach" regardless how beautiful and many very expensive.
While we have met many honeymooners on our travels in SEAsia, Thailand and Cambodia specifically, after doing the history, sites, culture, they all concluded with some beach time 3-5 days.
And on the other side of the world, more and more honeymooners are doing the "safari thing" in either East Africa (Kenya/Tanzania) or Southern Africa - then flying to the Seychelles to conclude their time on these beautiful islands, that are not commercial.
However, with the Seychelles you are limited to flight schedules, though the best are usually through Nairobi and shorter than from So Africa.
While Tahiti is often on the honeymoon list, it is very expensive - an alternative would be the Cook Islands (a few hours south of French Polynesia - Tahiti) if you truly want a beach holiday. While they won't have Over-the-Water bungalows, then again, you won't have to pay in excess of $600/nt. for an OTW. And food can be expensive in FP, as most rates are w/o meals.
There are many choices.
Alot depends on how long your honeymoon is scheduled - two weeks or longer - you are going a long distance to any of the places you listed and travel time can easily take up 3-daysDepending on how l

What you're looking for would be fulfilled by any of the Aman properties...check out amanresorts.com. All of their rooms are stunning and all of their locations are stunning as well. Small properties, exquisite service. Hotel Bora Bora is one of them. We spent our honeymoon there.
Be prepared to spend a little money...it is your honeymoon after all!
