He is at peace now. Beth & yourselves will be so much in my thoughts as you go through this. Sending all the best wishes & comfort I can.
I know you each have amazing, beautiful, happy memories that will ultimately help you through this sad time.
Please let Beth know that there are so many people that have never even met her or Andy that send her all our love.
Take care.

Thank you, Bob & Karen.
Dear Andy, rest in peace. You have made so many lives so much better through your wit, wisdom, and kindness. How we have loved to sign onto Fodor's and see that the (indeed) fabulous Gpanda has left words to cheer, cajole, tease, instruct, inspire. You have been larger than life and beloved beyond reason -- the Panda moniker was aptly chosen.
I am so impressed by the sage and sensitive comments that other Fodorites have been leaving during these dark days. I, for one, am less evolved than most of you and am having more of a "rage, rage against the dying of the light" response. Thank you, fellow posters, for showing a better way to take this journey as well.
Beth, you remain in our thoughts and we look forward to participating in the Thai tribute when the time is right for you.

My heart felt empty today when I heard this news. I never met Andy, but felt like he was a good friend. I am heading to Seoul this weekend--and when I am in the sky--I am going to give a toast to him and his great spirit. He will be missed, but not forgotten.
