No, I've decided to pass on the driving. Will probably take bus between the cities, but hire driver from Chiang Rai and maybe in Chiang Mai -- depending on what I'm doing.
Yes, I think this little hotel looks great, has great prices through Agoda (and maybe others) and super location.
