Gilawi's Thailand and Sieam Reap photos 2006

Hi to all!

If you like you can see my pictures of a recent trip to Thailand (Feb-March 2006) and Siem Reap (Angkor Wat). I'm still working with some details, so considered it as a preview. http://gtorres4.photosite.com

Warning: This was my first time preparing an album on the web. The photos are not yet well organized. Not all have descriptions (still trying to figure out where was the photo taken). Due to my very occupied schedule, will later used an Album editor to put everything in place. It will take some time. My apologies to all.

Gilberto

Gilberto, your pictures are stunning. Thanks so much - they brought back memories of my own trip. I think we may have visited the same long-neck village, although we didn't arrive by elephant. I'm almost sure I recognize one of the girls.

Gilberto - you have taken some stunning photos. You clearly have quite a talent! May I also ask what camera you use?

Thanks all for your kind comments. The camera used for this trip was a Canon Powershot S80 (8 megapixel). I always carry a lightweight tripod (a must if you want the best possible shot), the weather and quality of light was almost perfect to every place we went (even in Bangkok it was not hazy at all). The use of Photoshop Elements help to sharpen some out of focus pictures. I have a lot of more photos still not published. Will add it later.

Lovely pictures. I'll put in yet another plug for the superb Canon PowerShot S80 camera. There's a good chance that the next upgrade by Canon will be the perfect point-and-shoot toy!
