Gifts for co-workers in India?

I'll be heading to Bangalore next week for a two-week training class I'm teaching along with two other co-workers. We were wondering if we should take along some gifts for our new teammates, and, if so, what? Has anyone else done this or have any suggestions? Anything 'American' that would be interesting? When I go to my friends' house in Germany, they want me to bring them peanut butter, marshmallows, and corn chips and salsa! Thanks for your help.

That's a really nice thought. Good quality chocolate is always appreciated. Cookies - the shortbread kind.

When I visited my project teams in India, I always took them chocolate and it was devoured within minutes. I would suggest some really nice American choclate, as Indie has, and that will go down very well.

Forget the expensive Godiva and the like- just bring them good old Hersey bars and kisses.
