Four Seasons ToT - travel between Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Koh Samui

I'm looking to book the Four Seasons Tour of Thailand for my honeymoon in late October, with stops in Chiang Mai; Golden Triangle and Koh Samui. Fiance (34) and I (28) are currently flying in and out of Bangkok (from Hong Kong) and have 12 days in Thailand, so I'd like to minimize travel time and eliminate trips back to Bangkok as much as possible. Looking for logistics and airline recommendations, and general itinerary advice.

HK - Chiang Mai:
Does it exist?

Bangkok to Chiang Mai:
There are numerous flights for this, what airlines are best and cost effective?

Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai / Golden Triangle:
Is there a flight? I can't find one so I was thinking a bus? Has anyone done this and what can you recommend?

Chiang Rai to Koh Samui:
Is there a way to do this without stopping in Bangkok?

Koh Samui to Bangkok:
Considering booking Koh Samui - Hong Kong and forfeiting my Bangkok - HK ticket. Thoughts?

I would love advice on these Four Seasons locations as well as travel advice for affordable logistics in between these locations. Are there deals through one airline if I book all these flights?

Thank you!
Kristen

The flight logistics for this itinerary are complex.

Last I checked, there were no flights from Hong Kong to Chiang Mai.

Bangkok to Chiang Mai: Air Asia is cheapest, Thai Air or Bangkok Air are best. If you have three legs on Bangkok AIr, you can get a Discovery Pass, which will be most cost-effective.

Chiang Mai to Chaing Rai: There have been flights on this route in the past, I don't think there is a flight now. Hire a car and driver.

Chiang Rai to Koh Samui: you have to fly through Bangkok.

You might change the order and fly Bangkok to Chiang Rai first on Thai or Air Asia. Then transfer to Chiang Mai, which the FS can provide for you if you wish. Chiang Mai to Koh Samui on Bangkok Airways and then back to Bangkok on either Bangkok Airways or Thai.

Final leg Samui to Hong Kong is available on Bangkok Air.
