Sorry, but I'm going to be away for a while, so any further requests will be answered after Feb 20.<BR><BR>Marie (above): your email address doesn't work.<BR><BR>Luciano (also above): If you have some queries on food, best to start them as new topics so everyone sees them and you get more responses. But there are few problems about being vegetarian in China these days.<BR><BR>Peter N-H<BR>http://members.axion.net/~pnh/China.html

Hi Peter!<BR><BR>You seem to be a fairly knowledgeable guy when it comes to Beijing. It looks like my friend & I will be going for a short 5 days. Any tips would be appreciated thank you! (My friend cannot get a vacation extension to stay longer....)

Would like to receive copy of your infomation on Beijing walking tours. Also, does anyone know how difficult it is to sign up for an english speaking day trip tour to cities such as Suzhou, or Hangzhou? I will be in Shanghai for a few extra days. Any information on small group trips to Huangshan or Taishan would also be greatly appreciated. It seems most of the packaged tours only cover the big sights such as Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, etc. Thank YOU!

All now up-to-date. Apologies for the delay--I was in New Zealand. Most of the time this site is checked daily for requests.<BR><BR>But if you have other queries about China travel, please post them here as new topics so that others can help, too.<BR><BR>Peter N-H<BR>http://members.axion.net/~pnh/China.html
