BKK-Samui: Discovery Pass

I will be traveling to Thailand in the spring 2008. I would like to travel from Bangkok to Koh Samui and back. I know this is only two legs, but can I buy three legs using the Bangkok Air Discovery Pass and not use the 3rd leg? The cost of 2 legs of BKK-Samui is $66ea, plus a third leg at $55. This is $187 vs about $250 for regular fares back and forth. Thanks!

it will not be worth it because there are taxes on top of $66. I just bought this flight and with taxes it came to $88 or so. The $55 flight with taxes is around $75. So your roundtrip will still be $88+$88+$75. Not worth it.

Bangkok Air owns the airport at Koh Samui, that's why the flight is so expensive.

You can reduce the cost by taking either the first or last flights out, Cost would be around $170 return
