Kathie- I have no ulterior motive toward Nahm, nor its chef/owner. We expected culinary excellence and left laughing in disbelief. The restaurant was only 15% full on a Friday night, at prime time...so draw your own conclusions. If you believe our experience there is unsubstantiated, I encourage you to see for yourself.
