Lots of options. The Limo bus is the least expensive and takes you right to your hotel if it is one of the dozen or so that it services. Check their webpage: Airport Limousine Bus-Airport Transport Service Co., Ltd
You can take the train, but you will have to schlep yourself and your luggage to your hotel, maybe pay for a taxi. You can also order a taxi, but the cost is over $200 from Narita to downtown Tokyo.

Thank you. assuming I'll be exhausted from the trip, I'm sure that last leg will be exciting but ill be eager to rest. The limo bus seems good since we'll.have luggage, etc... but if we are bold I guess we'll try the train.
