Best time of year for Thailand/Cambodia

I plan to travel to Thailand and Cambodia sometime during October. I am looking at Oct. 6, Oct. 19, and Oct. 26 departure dates, with the trip commencing in Bangkok. I would appreciate any suggestions as to whether October is advisable, since I gather that the "monsoon season" extends into October. Thanks, Shane Usary.

Go as late as possible in October. November, December and January are the best months for travel in Cambodia and Thailand.

I went to both Cambodia and Thailand in mid-July and it hardly rained at all. It was very hot and humid in Bangkok, however. But, it was not oppressive.

i also agree that you should go as late as you can in october or anytime in november....last year i went (departed usa on 10-26)---it rained the first two days in bkk in the pm---never had rain any previous trips which were always nov/dec timeframes....flooding is not uncommon in sept/early oct in bkk....
take the 26th or later...
